I was just about to give up on NYCHA. I have a few investment properties with
Section 8 tenants. No matter what I did, my accounts kept getting suspended—

NYCHA is a joke. When you call, you’re on hold for so long then you get
disconnected. When you finally get someone, they can’t help you- When you
call The Certification Company, they either answer right away or get back to
you within a couple of hours- They are very knowledgeable and professional and
were able to questions to my satisfaction. They are now my agents. I don’t call
NYCA anymore—I call them. I’m impressed!
